The Neighborhood
The “Green Apartment” is located on Bitwy Pod Płowcami Str., in the lovely holiday area 300 m from the beach. This quiet, peaceful neighborhood combines convenience with the atmosphere of the unique Sopot architecture. The area has a developed service and commercial infrastructure, green areas, parks and playgrounds. The apartment is just few-minutes walk away from the sandy beach, Ergo Arena or the Sopot Hippodrome. The recreation area Błonia Sopockie with a rope park for children, an open grill space and a dog park is just 280 meters away – perfect distance for an evening stroll. The apartment is well connected with the entire Tri-City, within the walking distance (1.5 km) there is a City Railway Station, which is the starting point for the entire Tri-City agglomeration. From this point, the center of Gdańsk can be reached in 35 minutes by the direct line. The unique atmosphere of the apartment and the proximity of the sea will allow you to spend a perfect holiday time here.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
