On the neighboring streets there are numerous atmospheric restaurants and cafés (the closest on130 m from the apartment), as well as shopping points (i.e. the supermarket Biedronka 200 m from the building). For a respite from the city’s hustle and bustle, guests can visit a Kazimerzowski Park 5 minutes by foot from the apartment. Those seeking cultural experiences will love the Polish Theatre 300 m from the apartment. The apartment is a great starting point to explore other districts of Warsaw thanks to well-development network of public transport and proximity to the most famous Warsaw landmarks. The iconic Palace of Culture and Science is just 15-minute walk away from the apartment, and the Old Town can be reached in 20 minutes. The metro station Nowy Świat is just 450 m from the apartment’s location.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
