This quiet neighborhood with lots of green areas is perfect for people who like to be physically active outdoors. The nearest shop is only 58 m from the apartment, and a large shopping mall - Factory Annopol - only 2 km away. Thanks to the proximity of the Szlachecka bus stop (270 m), the apartment can be a great base for exploring Warsaw - the location provides easy access to the center of the capital and the Palace of Klutura i Nauki, as well as to the Old Town. Please note: There is construction work going on next to the building, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
