House Rules: * No Parties * No Groups under age of 25 years * No Pets Santa Carmela Community Rules: * Quiet Hours 9 pm to 9 am * Out door music must be controlled to avoid disturbing the neighborhood * All guests must be registered at reservation and check-in * Any non registered guest /visitor requires Property Management authorization and security registration * All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers We would like to bring to your attention that there may be construction activities taking place during the day, regular times are 9 to 5 pm and 9:00 to 1 pm on Saturdays, In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding. We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 500 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking. To avoid additional security deposit charges, this reservation includes damage protection. After confirmation, the Property Manager will provide a link to complete the one-time $50 fee.
