The apartment is located in Gdynia in the Redłowo district in a very convenient location on Powstania Wielkopolskiego Street. The building is Willa Redłowo, which will delight you with its architecture referring to the Gdynia Modernism. The environment is surrounded by a coastal forest, with a beautiful rocky coastline - the location of the flat combines the advantages of a metropolis with natural values. The building adjoins the Kępa Redłowska nature reserve (6 minutes from the flat), which offers numerous walking paths and designated areas for picnics and barbecues. The Redłowska Beach is a 10-minute walk away. The well-developed road infrastructure allows quick access to the centre of Gdynia, as well as to Gdansk and Sopot - the city's train station is located about 1 km from the estate.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
