The beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building in the Feniks estate in Kołobrzeg. The investment guarantees an enjoyable stay in a place that provides a balance between activity and relaxation. The Podczele district attracts visitors with its beautiful seaside landscape, romantic streets filled with the smell of fresh coffee, the vicinity of many parks and squares, bicycle infrastructure, and all this makes Kołobrzeg a gem and a must-see on the map of Northern Poland. There are many retail and service outlets in the area, and the nearest restaurant can be reached in two minutes! (100 m to the restaurant ''Pizzeria Sorento'', 200 m to the restaurant ''Obiady Domowe''). The Feniks estate is characterized by many amenities, made available to our guests. The estate includes a playroom for children, a playground, a gym, a swimming pool and a BBQ area. Guests also have access to a green fenced garden.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
