The seaside apartment is located on the first floor of a modern apartment building in the Feniks estate in Kołobrzeg. The investment guarantees an enjoyable stay in a place that provides a balance between activity and relaxation. The Podczele district attracts visitors with its beautiful seaside landscape, romantic streets filled with the smell of fresh coffee, the vicinity of many parks and squares, bicycle infrastructure, and all this makes Kołobrzeg a gem and a must-see on the map of Northern Poland. There are many retail and service outlets in the area, and the nearest restaurant can be reached in two minutes! (100 m to the restaurant ''Pizzeria Sorento'', 200 m to the restaurant ''Obiady Domowe''). The Feniks estate is characterized by many amenities, made available to our guests. The estate includes a playroom for children, a playground, a gym, two swimming pools, and a Bbq zone. The indoor pool is open all year round, while the outdoor pool is available to guests during the holiday season (July-August). Guests also have access to a green fenced garden. NOTE: Use of the swimming pool is included in the apartment price. Pool admission tickets are issued daily from 9.30 am in the security room (cards are in the apartment). After 8.00 p.m. admission to the pool only for guests over 16 years of age. The pools (both indoor and outdoor) are open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
