This elegant flat is located on Niemcewicza Street in Warsaw's Ochota district. It is an ideal location - surrounded by all the amenities of the city, perfectly connected, yet with easy access to green areas. A great choice for a walk would be Pole Mokotowskie - this picturesque park full of greenery is less than 25 minutes' walk from the flat. The area is rich in retail and service points and atmospheric cafes, and lovers of cultural events will enjoy the nearby Och-Teatr (850 m). Two large shopping centres - Blue City (2 km) and Atrium Reduta (2.5 km) - are also in close proximity to the property.
