Upstairs on the first floor, we have x2 bedrooms both featuring a spacious Queen bed and hotel quality linen. Upper floors are accessible via stairs only. As guests you will have access to the entire property, with 1 free allocated carpark to make travelling easier, if you have a second vehicle there is street parking. The living room is spacious and comfortable with lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. We provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords. We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own. Please make sure you only park in your allocated space. If you have additional vehicles, you can park these on Rotherham Street or other nearby streets. Kindly refrain from using any other parking facilities or blocking the driveway as doing so could result in your vehicle being towed. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
