The vacation home has a spacious living room with a modern open kitchen. On warm days you can enjoy opening the sliding doors to the terrace. The bedrooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. Around the entire house you will find the garden, so you can enjoy the sun all day. Families and groups of friends will have a wonderful vacation here!
You will find the house between the Frisian lakes the Fluessen and the Morra in Southwest Friesland. A unique location for sailing, boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, cycling, golfing and relaxing. Southwest Friesland is extremely suitable for water sports.
At 40 m from the vacation home you will find the jetty for your own boat (maximum 8 m). There is also the possibility to rent a boat in the immediate vicinity. You can store your bicycles in the garden house.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
