Modern chalet near the IJssel

This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen. This chalet has a stylish, modern look and is built in an L-shape. Because of this and because of the height and many windows, the chalet feels surprisingly spacious. In the living room, in addition to a TV, you have access to a cosy fireplace. A sliding door provides access to the lovely terrace. There also is an open plan kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds. box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. You reach the lovely terrace with garden furniture through sliding doors from the living room. There’s parking for one car at the holiday home. At holiday park Marina Strandbad, various holiday homes and tiny houses can be booked for two to six people. The holiday park is under development. It’s possible that there will be construction work during your stay. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.
