Completely renovated in 2012, this stand-alone home features an open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The primary king-bedroom ensuite with a Japanese-style bath includes a soaking tub and spa shower. Smartly designed closets with ample storage offer comfort and style for an extended stay.
With flexibility in mind, the guest bedroom functions as a TV room and a library until guests arrive when the daybed transforms into a standard king bed. The guest bathroom is fully renovated in the classic 1940s black and white tile offering a walk-in shower. Off-street parking provides 2 tandem parking spaces in a shared driveway.
