About LegaSea Located on the Ft Morgan peninsula, LegaSea is a bright cottage that offers plenty of privacy for vacationers and their furry friends. This direct beachfront home has a large and spacious Gulf front deck, perfect for relaxing and listening to the soothing sounds of the waves or watching the dolphins play! The expansive beach area in front of the home is almost too good to be true!! Inside LegaSea guests will find open-concept living at its best! With two walls of windows, the natural light fills the room and offers the most amazing views. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a large mounted flat-screen TV. The dining table and bar can easily seat 9 people. Two refrigerators in the fully stocked kitchen make storage and cooking a breeze!! Moving down the hall, guests will find the laundry area and the 3 bedrooms plus a shared hall bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall and features a king bed, mounted TV, Gulf views, and a private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 will comfortably sleep 4 in a queen and a twin bunk. Rental Age Policy We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
