This detached bungalow is found in the wooded holiday park Landgoed Het Grote Zand, 1.5 km from the little village centre of Hooghalen. The lively provincial capital, Assen, is 11 km away.
The bungalow is comfortable and fully furnished and consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with TV and an open plan kitchen including a combination microwave and dishwasher. There’s also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet (or one in the bathroom). The first floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.
Outside you’ll enjoy a garden with terrace and garden furniture. The bungalow has standard parking space for one car.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
