The villa is located on a new small-scale villa park with a direct connection to the Slotermeer, and it has its own jetty. The park offers the possibility to rent a boat, making it easy for guests to enjoy all that the water has to offer.
The villa is located in Balk, which is situated in the Frisian Lakes area and is characterized by its historic center located on the river Luts, part of the Eleven Cities Route. Along the canal, guests can shop extensively or enjoy a terrace. Outside of Balk, the unique villages and elfstedentocht cities are worth visiting. The area offers an array of activities to do, from exploring the historic towns, to cycling and boating in the beautiful surroundings. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
