Smith House: is a 6 bedroom house located Ocean Front on Seaside’s Promenade. 4 of the bedrooms and the living room all have Ocean Front Views and the ability to open windows and partake in the lovely ocean breeze. From the large grass yard to being a short walking distance to downtown you will never be bored in the house. Perfect home for a family gathering in Seaside!
*Parking for 4 Vehicles. All VEHICLES MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE IN/THROUGH GARAGE. Garage height is 6 ft 7 inches, so only cars and smaller SUV. No Street parking allowed.
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
