SEAVIEW GREAT ESCAPE at Seaside Beach: Seaview Condominiums is an ocean front luxury property in Seaside. This three bedroom oceanfront townhouse is located on the first and second floors, offering direct beach access from the home and giving guests a breathtaking view of the coastline stretching from Washington to Tillamook Head. The master suite has a Queen bed and it’s own private bath. Another room has 2 twins and 1 has a queen bed. Upstairs has a day bed with a trundle that shares the office space. This home is located on the north end of the Prom and is an easy 10-minute walk to Broadway and all the dining and fun that downtown has to offer. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
