These modern and comfortable apartments in Resort Maastricht were finished by the middle of 2018.
The apartments are located on the different floors around Wilhelmusplein, the central part of the resort, where most of the facilities can also be found. They include a number of cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery.
The spacious apartments are comfortably furnished. The kitchen is equipped with luxury appliances. There are three bedrooms. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup. The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate toilet in the hall.
Outside you have a spacious terrace with garden furniture. You can park in the resort’s central parking area.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
