The charming booklined home of an Oxford academic, The Professor’s House is in the heart of Jericho. It is a three bedroom Victorian terraced house that sleeps up to 7 people on a quiet residential street. It is just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre and University, and around the corner from some of Jericho’s best restaurants, coffee shops and bars. There is a supermarket one road away and a playground nearby.
There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a sofa bed in the sitting room. There is a full bathroom and the single bedroom has a wash basin. The kitchen is well stocked with designer appliances, pots and and pans and quality plates, glasses and cutlery.
There is a mature back garden, which is well tended, with established climbing roses, evergreen shrubs and other mature plants including peonies, hydrangeas and camellias and fig and pear trees. The front of the house has a red climbing rose and jasmine arch that draws visitors throughout the spring and summer.
