The villa features 5 twin bedrooms, each with a wardrobe (one has a walk-in closet). Two bedrooms are on the ground floor; one includes an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and tub, while the rest of this floor is served by an additional bathroom and a separate toilet. The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor. One has an en-suite with a shower, and another has an en-suite with both a shower and tub. Two of these rooms open directly onto a sunny terrace with pool views.
For families with babies, we provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs. Additional amenities include 2 stationary bikes and ducted air-conditioning throughout the villa.
The property is about 800 metres away from the village of Santa Margarita, a very quiet area within the island, very well connected and with all needed services for an independent stay like bars, restaurants, petrol station, supermarket, etc. It has easy access by road to the coast, including beautiful beach areas like Puerto de Alcudia or Can Picafort, where you can enjoy the crystalline waters, the white and fine sand, and the delicious paellas by the sea.
