Fantastic country house, with private pool and accommodation for 8 people, on the outskirts of Capdepera.
The private chlorine pool is the protagonist of this magnificent house. Enjoy a good swim, in its 12 x 6 m large and 1.2 to 2.2 m depth, after having had breakfast under the porch. Next to it, there are some sun loungers and Bali beds to sunbathe. After a long day, the porch turns into the perfect place to taste your delicious barbecues. The privacy is absolute.
The house features a comfortable kitchen-living-dining room where to spend time all together, at the same time that you can cook on the gas hob, set the table or even prepare an appétizer or watch TV-SAT. The laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms with two single beds each, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
