The first floor of the home features a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals, with both indoor and outdoor covered dining areas. Step outside onto the outdoor terraces, where you’ll find both covered and open seating areas, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. This floor also includes a full bathroom and convenient laundry facilities. Additionally, there is a second entrance at the back of the house, which leads directly to the outdoor patio. This entrance provides access to a staircase that connects the second and third floors, allowing entry to the upper levels without passing through the main house on the first floor. The second floor hosts the master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a smart TV. Both rooms have private entrances that open onto a covered outdoor terrace, offering comfortable seating and beautiful views. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill these rooms, enhancing their warm and inviting ambiance. On the third floor, you’ll find a fully self-contained apartment. This space includes a queen-size bed, a smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a full bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. The apartment also has a small kitchen with a fridge and stovetop, perfect for preparing light meals. Two private terraces offer panoramic 360-degree views of the historic center and the surrounding cityscape, making it the perfect spot to watch the daily sunsets.
