Gem within walking distance of the beach. This attractive holiday home has been completely renovated and equipped with every luxury and comfort. The large living room has a wonderful view of the garden and open kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner stove, refrigerator and freezer, oven, kettle and coffee machine. There is a separate TV room adjacent to the kitchen diner. A washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also a sauna where you can enjoy yourself after a day of vacation. A real wellness oasis! On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with 2x double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. It is wonderful to relax in the garden. Children have plenty of space and there is a lovely terrace to enjoy in the sun; with a cup of coffee or a delicious dinner. Or in the comfortable sun loungers. Of course there is wifi....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
