Holiday home with sun terrace facing south, close to the beach, washing machine, private parking, close to supermarket and restaurants. Through the sliding doors, the pleasant daylight enters the open living room. There is a washing machine, folding baby bed and high chair. You can walk to the bathing beach within a minute and the supermarket, bakery, butcher and restaurants are also close by. The hall at the front door gives access to the living room, bathroom and stairs to the upper floor.

The living room with open kitchen is wonderfully light through the large windows. The large dining table offers space for 4 people. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, fridge freezer, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine.
