With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,SuitableForEvents,A $250 fine will be applied if any of the below rules are broken.
- • No tape, adhesives or anything that will cause damage can be used or placed on the walls
- • No exterior decorations can be used
- • No glitter can be used
- This is not a party house. Neighbors must be respected 24/7. Thank you!
- PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES. ANY DAMAGE/LOSS TO PROPERTY CONTENTS, EXCESSIVE CLEANING COSTS INCURRED, OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN RETENTION OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. HOST MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN AN HOUR OF ARRIVAL IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE/NOTABLE CONDITIONS.
- CHECK-IN is at 4PM. CHECK-OUT is at 11AM. SEE LIABILITY WAIVER BELOW.
- NO DRUG USE.
- NO LITTERING.
- BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS AND KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM. QUIET TIME AFTER 10PM.
- Please note, although we allow children, we DO NOT provide any of these child safety products or meet these guidelines:

- Keep all household cleaning products, liquid laundry packets, medicine, and chemicals securely stored and out of reach.
- LIABILITY WAIVER NO LIABILITY/INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS: The owners of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, or damage to a guest’s personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for property damage/loss.
