Enjoy being alongside (and on) the water at this fantastic holiday destination. Here in the beautiful South Holland landscape, between Rotterdam and Zeeland, you can completely relax in a water-rich, natural environment. The entire Zuytland Buiten park, where this holiday home is located, is surrounded by water and is bordered by reed beds and woodland.
The holiday home is located near the water with direct access to the Stompaarde Plas. You can rent bicycles, a SUP, canoe or whisper boat at the reception. There is plenty to do in your surroundings. Enjoy being on and around the Stompaarde Plas, in the Bernisse recreation area or being on one of the many beaches in the area. Coastal towns such as Rockanje and Ouddorp are nearby and are worth a visit. Shopping, nightlife and culture fanatics head to Rotterdam, less than half an hour’s drive away.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
