We can say for sure: it doesn’t get more beach house than this! In this modern holiday home in Resort Hoek van Holland, you are literally staying on the North Sea Beach of Hoek van Holland. It’s not necessary to comment on the view, but we’re doing it anyway: gorgeous.... both from the living room and bedroom, or from the veranda or balcony.
There are 2 beach houses attached to one another. You can reach the entrance from the beach by means of a shared staircase (shared with your direct neighbours). Inside, you’ll find a pleasant living room with TV and a double sofa bed. The open plan kitchen features a dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom with shower and toilet can also be found on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one of which with a balcony. Each bedroom has two single box-spring beds, which might be in a double setup.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
