This second floor resort view condo is located in the "I" building of Park Shore Resort and features a lake and resort view from the screened lanai. We are located in a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL very close to downtown and within a short drive of 9 miles of beaches! Our on site amenities include a heated pool, a restaurant serving lunch and dinner equipped with a full bar, a BBQ deck with a Gazebo, and tennis and pickleball courts. **Please Note: a mandatory, non-refundable HOA fob fee is required for all reservations. This fee MUST BE PAID at check-in with a valid credit card if not already included in your booking.** Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway within a 13 acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, Florida. Situated amid serene waterways and lush greenery, our resort offers a tranquil escape that feels miles away from the everyday hustle and bustle. *The condo has a King bed, 2 twin beds and a full out sofa along with 2 full sized bathrooms *This is a second floor unit and there are stairs and a elevator to reach the second floor *There is casual indoor dining for 4 and enjoy outdoor meals on the lanai or at the grilling gazebo *Parking is available and abundant and on the ground floor *The lanai is easily accessed from the family room and the second bedroom and has beautiful views of the resort *Our condo is a 2 minute walk to the lobby and pool and restaurant *Our condo is located at the end of the "I" building, giving it one extra window on the side to allow additional natural lighting There is a maximum of 6 guests allowed per reservation. Local Attractions: Centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, Park Shore Resort is the ideal Naples, Florida vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to some local shopping, dining and multiple grocery stores and about a 12 minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 Miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) accesses are the closest beaches to the resort. Another favorite spot is Venetian Village (1.2 miles) with waterside shopping and dining. Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall just a few miles away and you can enjoy nightlife or a movie at The Mercato (3.9 miles) or the Pavilion (3.7 miles) Important Details: A $115 required fob fee will be collected at the front desk upon check in for all reservations. This one time fee gives guests access to all of the Park Shore Resort amenities. This unit does not have a washer or dryer in the unit. There is a laundry facility available at Park Shore Resort that is cash/card operated for guest use. All bookings require the signing of a reservation agreement with Mike Z Rentals which will automatically be sent shortly after booking. This condo and the on site rental program is managed by SW Florida-based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a staff member available at the front desk from 7AM until 10PM as well as a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all your needs while you are staying in this property.
