Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Also, do not park, block, or step on the sidewalk or any grassy areas under any circumstances. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. A non-refundable fee of $135 per pet applies only if bringing pets • BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of cleaning) • Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions) • Shared community amenities like a luxury clubhouse with 2 community pools, multiple sports courts, a Cybercafé, a fitness center and more! • We provide a small starter kit, which includes: o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom o 1 hand soap per bathroom o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom o 1 sponge in the kitchen o 1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen o 1 paper towel in the kitchen o 1 laundry detergent o 1 garbage bag Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Rules and guidelines for your comfort: POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist. Attention: This home does not have a hot tub or a pool heater. The water from the jets/jacuzzi area flows directly into the pool, so the water temperature will be the same throughout. PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. IMPORTANT: Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. Also, do not park, block, or step on the sidewalk or any grassy areas under any circumstances. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws. FORGOTTEN ITEMS: Regarding any items left behind or packages delivered after your departure, please contact us within three days to inquire whether our cleaning staff found them. If located, you will have three days to provide a prepaid UPS shipping label (and a box or envelope, depending on the size of the item) via email so we can return your belongings. Please be aware that there will be a $30 handling fee. This fee is charged by the property management company to cover the cost of taking the package to a courier office. Please note that if we do not receive the prepaid shipping label within the specified timeframe, the items will be discarded. PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
