The completely renovated apartments are located in the completely and thoroughly renovated De Graaf van Egmont residence, which will open its doors again in the summer of 2021. For people who know it from a previous stay: you will not recognize it. What hasn’t changed: the fantastic location on the boulevard, directly behind the dunes and therefore almost directly on the beach.
This ground floor apartment for two persons is located on one of the five floors (accessible by lift). It offers a nice living room with a smart TV and an open-plan kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds as a double and one bedroom with one single bed. In the bathroom, you will find a walk-in shower and a toilet.
Outside, you have a balcony with garden furniture at your disposal. There is parking space for one car in the central parking area.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
