Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Thank you so much for letting us host you! 🥰 We'd like to remind you of a couple of house rules that we greatly appreciate you following:
- 1) Please leave your shoes at the entrance or in the designated area 🥾
- 2) Consider the environment and electricity prices by turning off the heating when you're not at home and upon checkout 💡
- 3) Keep air vents open and use the bathroom and kitchen fans to ensure good air quality 🍳
- 4) Please put the furniture and inventory back in place if you've moved them 🛋
- 5) Respect the neighbors and use common sense 🏘
- 6) Unregistered guests are not allowed in the residence without prior agreement 👋
- 7) If you encounter any problems, please contact us! 📲
- 8) We appreciate you tidying up before you leave and leaving the place as you would like to find it yourself. Cleaning supplies are available in the residence 🧹
- Please let us know as early as possible if you wish to check in early or check out late, so we can accommodate your request. Early check-in/late check-out depends on whether we have enough time to prepare the residence for you and the next guests. We charge a fee of 100 NOK for under 2 hours early check-in/late check-out and 200 NOK for over 2 hours.
- Are you arriving early or leaving late? Luggage storage is available for 100 NOK 🧳
- Traveling with children? We offer a travel cot and high chair upon request. The price is 150 NOK per unit 👼
- Any additional services will be paid through a payment link in advance 📲
