Welcome home to the ideal pied-à-terre located in Santa Barbara’s Upper East neighborhood for your mid-term luxury stay -- every detail of this home is expertly designed and locally art-filled to make your time in this beautiful coastal city special. The downstairs has an open floor plan for entertaining indoors or out. The chef’s kitchen is freshly renovated and fully appointed. The dining area opens to an outdoor entertaining space with ample seating and a Weber gas grill. The living room, complete with a fireplace and a bar seating area abutting the kitchen creates a living space with a seamless flow.
Upstairs you’ll find the spacious and serene primary bedroom with a king bed, gas fireplace, and beautifully tiled en suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom with a queen bed has a work from home office space and provides a lovely guest room. The secondary bath is next door and has a Miele washer/dryer on the 2nd level for ease.
Close to Santa Barbara’s Arts District, Public Market, Alice Keck Memorial Park and walking/biking distance to Stern’s Wharf, the Funk Zone, East Beach, West Beach, and all the local shops and restaurants. On-site private parking for one car (uncovered) and ample street parking. The garage can be used for storing luggage, bikes, kayaks.
BCycle stations are on both corners. Helmets, beach chairs, a cooler, pickleball paddles and balls, tennis racquets and balls, and a yoga mat are stored at the property for you to enjoy. One small to medium sized dog may be considered based on owner approval.
