The Home
The apartment is situated on a beautiful estate in Sint Maartensbrug amidst the tulip fields and the near the North sea beach. It is a small village where you can completely unwind. In total there are five apartments on the property, each attractively decorated with care. A family can stay in this apartment.
Also, consider a visit to the coast with sandy beaches and dunes along the North Sea Coast. You’ll find the artist village of Bergen nearby and welcoming beach locations in Sint Maartenszee, Callantsoog, Bergen and Egmond aan Zee. You can visit the Marine Museum in Den Helder or visit Texel for a day by boat.
You can use the joint terrace. In the summer it is nice to organize barbecues. A parking facility is also available here.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
