These modern holiday homes in Loosdrecht are a fantastic base for a wonderful stay. Water plays an important role in this area and this is also true for the houses. They’re located on an elongated headland, surrounded by water, so you can enjoy a location directly on the water.
The holiday homes are decorated in a very luxurious and tasteful way. The living room with fully equipped, open-plan kitchen features large windows and high ceilings. This gives the homes a very spacious feeling. There are two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and two single box-spring beds (made upon arrival). Both bedrooms also feature a TV.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
