Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. A Refundable $250 Security Deposit is required.
- 2. All guests are required to sign Rental Agreement.
- 3. We use AKIA, a text messaging system, for ID Verification and to collect your preferred contact information. Important travel instructions and updates will be sent via AKIA.
- 4. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST.
- NO Early Check-in or Late Check-out.
- 5. Parking - All Resorts require specific Parking Instructions and Fees.
- 6. All properties are NON SMOKING.
- 7. Pets are NOT permitted.
