Enjoy easy access to the beach via a scenic walking and cycling path that winds through the beautiful dunes. This well-furnished home features a large, fully enclosed garden, perfect for families and pets. The spacious living room, complete with an open kitchen, flows seamlessly to a partially covered terrace, where you can relax and soak up the first rays of sunshine in peace and privacy.
It includes three cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and ample wardrobe space. The neat bathroom features a lovely walk-in shower for your convenience. Please note that only German TV channels are available in the house. Your furry friends are very welcome here—up to two dogs can join you during your stay. Parking is available in a central lot close to the house, making your visit hassle-free.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
