What a wonderful apartment in a prime location! The apartment is on the ground floor and has a fantastic garden with terrace and dune view. You can be on the wide sandy beach in a few minutes.
A lovingly furnished apartment, you will immediately feel at home here. The living area has a cozy sitting area and is adjacent to the nice dining area near the open kitchen. From the living room you can step onto the terrace, for example to enjoy breakfast together in the morning sun. Both bedrooms have good box-spring beds. The luxurious bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer available in the storage room.
Your dog is also very welcome in the apartment. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. You have your own parking space next to the complex.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
