This cozy chalet for 4 people is located on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee, which is surrounded by the North Sea. The holiday home is located in a quiet park just outside the historic town of Goedereede. The Goedereede supermarket is next to the park, one street further are the restaurants with their cozy terraces. A fantastic place to spend the holiday on the Kop van Goeree. The park has a launderette, playground for the little ones, a larger playground "De Flipjes" can be found in Ouddorp, there is a cinema in Brielle and Hellevoetsluis, swimming pools in Stellendam, Hellevoetsluis and Port Zélande. The historic center of Goedereede is an attraction in itself, but you will also find many monuments and museums there. In addition, you will also find the Grevelingenmeer here and there are many opportunities for cycling and walking routes for real nature lovers. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
