The prime location Uitspanning Oranjezon needs almost no explanation. Uitspanning Oranjezon is located on the cycling routes and at the bottom of the Oranjezon dune and nature reserve. The whole has a special character. This house was built in a monumental barn and is tastefully furnished. The luxurious open kitchen lacks for nothing. Fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and filter coffee machine are of course available. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 x single bed. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom. This is luxuriously furnished with a bath, shower and sink. The garden is spacious and nicely separated with a private terrace with lovely furniture. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
