As you step inside, you will immediately feel at home in the inviting and thoughtfully decorated interior. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The other 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and the other is downstairs) are equipped with Queen beds, providing ample space for everyone to unwind after a day of exploration. All 3 bedrooms feature SmartTVs so you can catch up on your favorite shows before bed time.
The upstairs living room boasts a comfortable Queen hide-a-bed couch and a Smart TV, ideal for lounging or accommodating additional guests. For added flexibility, the family room, downstairs, also includes a Full hide-a-bed couch, ensuring plenty of sleeping options for your party. Families with little ones will appreciate the availability of a travel crib, kids dinnerware, and high chair, making packing a breeze.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via OTA message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
On the shores of Lake Washington, low-key Rainier Beach features family-friendly restaurants and recreation areas. The Taylor Creek and Trail winds through wooded Lakeridge Park, while the Kubota Garden offers 20 acres of Japanese flora and water features. A Vietnamese restaurant, a Japanese bakery, a coffee shop, a waffle & wings place, a cajun influenced restaurant add dining diversity nearby.
By Car: Traffic can be a challenge in Seattle. We always check Gooogle maps or Waze apps to see the best route to where we want go before heading out.
Ride Share: You can take Metro Flex an on demand ride share for the same price as the bus to Downtown Renton or the Rainer Beach light rail station.
Light Rail: You can take the light rail to the airport or Downtown Seattle. The Rainer Beach Station is an 8 minutes drive.
Airport: Depending on demand pricing, we often take either Yellow Cab or Uber to the airport. It takes less than a half hour and should cost you roughly $25.00 plus tip.
► We can accommodate up to 10 guests but we think the house is more comfortable for 6 guests.
► Children with parents are welcome BUT note that the house is NOT child proofed in any way.
► Please comply with all the hot tub rules posted on-site near the tub.
► Please no excessive noise, music or rowdy behavior that might disturb the neighbors, especially when using the hot tub and the outdoor area.
► The alley leading to our 2 onsite parking spaces is unpaved and bumpy which can be challenging for low clearance vehicles to navigate.
► Instant hot water dispenser can "spit" if opened full blast so keep children away from it.
► Depending on weather, the outdoor solar lit pathways can be dark later on at night. Please be careful.
► In cold/icy weather nearby side street can get thick ice. 64th Ave S however is plowed and/or de-iced for a good alternative parking are for the couple days a year this kind of weather is an issue.
