Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes. You will have easy access to public transportation (train and trolley). This is a quiet and peaceful building, our neighbors enjoy it that way and we ask that our guests are respectful of the full time residents and do their best to contribute to the relaxing ambiance of the outdoor and indoor space. The convenience of being steps from the train and trolley station brings all the sounds with it. Within walking distance of countless restaurants, culture and tourist attractions, though expect to see some homeless along the way. It is relatively minimal around our building, but the further east and north you go into the city, the more prevalent it becomes. So many wonderful waterfront restaurants and museums to enjoy, but the occasional cannonball firing from the local pirate ship on a Sunday afternoon can catch you off guard at first. *All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
