A gorgeous townhouse ideally located near the train station and a short walk to the town center. With a unique 3-story design, the interior decor is modern and fresh. The outdoor space is generous with a beautiful dining patio and BBQ, and a fabulous rooftop sundeck boasting panoramic views. Perfectly situated to sample the delights of Tavira with an abundance of restaurants, cafes, and shops, as well as the beautiful golden beach island - all waiting to be explored and enjoyed!
The house has a private entrance with stairs directly to the accommodation. The first floor comprises a spacious living room and fully equipped modern kitchen leading out to the dining patio with a traditional brick BBQ. This floor also has a guest bathroom. The bedrooms are on the second floor - two are king-size bedrooms, and the third is a double bedroom (the bed can also be made as a single bed). Finally, the third floor hides a super surprise with a pretty sun deck from where you can see the rooftops of Tavira and out towards the ocean. Its unique \’L\’ shape offers a choice of sunbathing area or relaxation zone, in the huge shaded sofa!
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The house is on 3 levels, so there are stairs within! There is no elevator. Street car parking is available directly outside, with no charges.

• SEF Reporting- All rental property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests\’ information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF). We will send a link to our SEF form for you to complete and return before your arrival. It is a mandatory and legal obligation.
• Tourist Taxes- Some municipalities within the Eastern Algarve region have now introduced a Tourist Tax, levied by the Government, not Smartavillas. You will be informed at the time of booking if you are required to pay this.
• Please note we will request a property security deposit via a 3rd party agency, details of which are explained in our booking terms and conditions.
