With four generously-sized bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, our home offers a peaceful retreat for families or groups of friends looking to unwind in Ballarat. Each bedroom is a sanctuary in itself, with soft linens, ample wardrobe space, and split system air conditioning/heating to ensure you sleep comfortably, no matter the season. The bathrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering a clean and modern space to refresh after a day of exploring. One of the bathrooms is wheelchair accessible, with wide clearance and an open shower for ease and comfort. Start your mornings in our fully equipped kitchen, where you can savour a home-cooked breakfast or brew your favourite coffee. Whether you’re preparing a meal for the family or sharing a bottle of wine with friends, the kitchen has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Gather in the open-plan living and dining area, where large windows let in an abundance of natural light. Relax on the plush couch and enjoy a movie night, or retreat to the cosy lounge room for a quiet moment with a book. The entire space is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and enjoy the simple moments together. Parking is a breeze, with space for up to four cars, and the home’s proximity to the CBD means you’re just a short drive away from Ballarat’s best attractions. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for eg. 1-2 guests - 1 room. 1x double bed 3-4 guests - 2 rooms. 1x double bed 5-6 guests - 3 rooms. 1x double bed 7-8 guests - 4 rooms. 2x single beds We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need. For reservations on booking platforms outside of OTA, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
