Welcome to Pinetree Paradise, a spaciou shome nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Powell & the white sandy beaches of PCB! This pet-friendly home sleeps 12 & features a fenced-in back yard, outdoor swing, & gas grill for your enjoyment. The home also has Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s, washer & dryer, & is just one mile to public beach access 95! Bring the whole family down to enjoy the freshwater fun of the lake, soak in the sun at Carillon Beach or explore Camp Helen State Park nearby.
This is a single-level home that is spacious for your whole family! The master bedroom has a queen bed with an attached en-suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The living room also has a sleeper sofa for your use. There is an additional full bathroom as well.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!
