Ideally situated just steps away from the pristine sands and gentle waves, our space presents an opportunity to embrace a serene coastal lifestyle during your stay. Decorated with coastal charm in mind, our home blends relaxation with sophistication. Full kitchen, brand new appliances, and recently updated bathrooms make this space easy to relax in no matter how long your stay on the emerald coast! Our unit is a 2-bedroom space that features a king and twin/full bunk in the master bedroom, and queen bed and twin bunks in the second bedroom, sleeping 9 total! Laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided. Our space also has smart TVs, cornhole, beach chairs and a cooler for your use! Property highlights: - Prime Location: Our unit is minutes away from the water on the north side of Thomas Drive close to several local eateries and coffee shops. - Outdoor Entertainment Area: Brand new fenced backyard with stone pavers throughout that has tasteful patio furniture, a full size hot-tub, and plenty of room for games. - Pet Friendly! Our space is perfect to host you and your smaller and hypoallergenic fur babies. We will need to approve your specific pet at the time of booking! A nonrefundable pet fee applies. - Two private balconies with seating! - Close to Golf Course, Karting, Putt-Putt, and more! Things to know: - There is to be no smoking/vaping inside or outside of the home. If we find evidence you will be charged. - Age Restrictions: the registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. We will approve via photo ID. Thank you for understanding! - This property is dog friendly. We will allow 1 pet and it must be approved prior to booking. We will need to know breed and weight before approval.
