The Home
It was the ancient barn of which the original structure has been maintained, an enchanting farmhouse in the splendid Tuscan countryside. Few buildings in Tuscany have a more beautiful location. 360 degrees of Tuscan panoramas! On one side a splendid view of Castelfalfi and the Carfalo valley, down to the hills towards Ghizzano, Lajatico and Peccioli; on the opposite side Montaione and the Evola valley. There are 4+1 beds in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and a large living room with fireplace and arched French windows. Outside there is a large porch complete with garden furniture and deckchairs from which to admire the sunsets.
It is equipped with linens, pots and pans.
It is immersed in the greenery and quiet of a large sunny and well-kept garden full of olive trees, fruit trees and aromatic plants, surrounded by beautiful hills and located in a unique context of infinite peace and tranquility.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
