This beautifully renovated historic property sits on 1.25 acres beside Oak Creek in Sedona. The main house features a spacious living and dining area for large families. The newly renovated upstairs master bathroom includes a large dressing room, ideal for bridal parties preparing for special occasions. The downstairs bedroom is spacious and tranquil, complete with a private fireplace.
Recently updated furnishings blend modern comfort with antique charm, reflecting the property’s historic character. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining during your stay. Alongside two master bedrooms, the main house includes a study, kitchen, dining and formal dining rooms, living room, guest bath, sunroom, and laundry room.
The detached Cowboy Studio offers two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and kitchen. Cottage A features a queen bed and pull-out sofa. Outside, there are two hot tubs, outdoor lounge areas, a grill, dining spaces, and ample room to relax.
Please note that the property is smoke-free, and fines apply for smoking indoors.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date.
If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 72 hours from booking. After 72 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.
Removing nights after 72 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up until 7 days prior to check in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in.
