The master bedroom (upper level) offers a fireplace, jacuzzi bathtub and access to a patio overlooking the saltwater heated* pool. The perfect setup for a magnificent getaway. As you make your way downstairs, you will find perfect entertainment areas for the whole group. The lower level offers open living space with a fireplace, pool table and a wet bar for entertaining. Don’t miss the classic Pac-man style arcade game with hundreds of vintage games! Catch the game or keep up with your shows by using any of the 7 HD televisions throughout the home. The final 3 bedrooms can be found on the lower level, along with 2 more full bathrooms. Whether you enjoy relaxing times inside or catching the sun outside, this luscious home in the hills will have you never wanting to leave! - - - - - Pool Heating** There is an additional charge of $150 per night to heat the pool (3 night minimum). - - - - - House Rules: -No professional photo/video shoots unless approved. -Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing. -A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.‍ -No loud noise after 9pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of security deposit and removal from the home without refund. -Must be at least 30 years old to book. -Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings. -Guests will be charge for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay. -Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.‍ - The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith. You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose. The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up until 7 days prior to check in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of check in date. If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 48 hours from booking. After 48 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates. Removing nights after 48 hours will fall under our standard cancellation policy.
