Villa Carina is an elegant three-level villa located on the island of Ischia, surrounded by a garden overlooking the Gulf of Naples, which extends to Procida and the Vivara nature reserve. Built in 1968 by the architect Curtmeiner of Monaco and inspired by the villas of Lake Garda, the property has been carefully restored by the current owners, preserving original materials and period architectural details. Furnished with artwork and antiques, the villa includes six bedroom suites, large panoramic terraces, and a spacious open-plan living area that opens out onto a furnished patio. Surrounded by tall palm trees, bougainvilleas and flowering shrubs, the garden is an oasis of tranquility, with a swimming pool, solarium and a wrought-iron gazebo for outdoor dining. Located in a residential area near Ischia Porto, the villa allows easy access to beaches, hot springs and maritime connections to Naples, Capri and Procida.

Interiors:
The villa is spread over three floors, with an internal area of about 750 square meters. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance hall that leads to a large open space living room with panoramic glass wall, semicircular reading area and sitting room; kitchen; dining room; two suites each consisting of a double bedroom, sitting room and bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR — A master suite with double bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower; three additional suites, each with double bedroom, sitting room and en-suite bathroom with shower; hallway with open space TV area and sea view. BASEMENT FLOOR — Large living area with bar area, stools, pool table and seating area; direct access to the pool via an external staircase. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by about 900 square meters of fenced garden, planted with palm trees, cypresses, cycads, bougainvillea, hibiscus and Mediterranean shrubs. The garden is spread over two main terraces with sea view. Flowering flower beds and rocky lava stone corners frame the pool area and patio. The ground-floor patio is furnished with a dining table and lounge area. Next to the pool is a wrought-iron gazebo with ceramic table. Parking is available outside the entrance gate, along the street, with restricted access via electric chain. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located next to the villa, on a terrace overlooking the sea; rectangular in shape, measuring 13 x 4 meters with a depth varying from 1 to 2 meters; covered in clear PVC; access by steps; chlorine purification; interior and perimeter lighting. The solarium is furnished with sun loungers, tables and a cold water shower. The wrought-iron gazebo houses a handcrafted lava stone table with Vietri ceramic inlays. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
