This is a private house with unique characteristics, like few others. Immersed in the green hills of Bologna, with a fantastic panorama, it stands out for its high quality furnishings, while the large spaces have been specially designed to give freedom and comfort to its guests.
The house accommodates up to 12 guests in large common areas overlooking a suggestive external portico with a view of the Bologna skyline, a large well-equipped kitchen and four bright suites each with a different style, all with private bathroom. All rooms of the villa are equipped with air conditioning, each room is equipped with TV, minibar, safe, coffee machine. The 4000m2 park includes a solarium and a private swimming pool.
A small supply of seasonal fruit, vegetables and juices from the farm owned is present in the kitchen on each arrival, together with local wine and water.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
